CAN I BE ANONYMOUS WHEN I AM BEING VIDEO COACHED?
The Facebook group is private, so only members of the Subconscious Loz Squad will be able to see the coaching. If wish to not have your name known, please join the group with a fake account OR email [email protected] to make us aware of a name change on your account prior to coaching. Your Facebook name must match the name used at the time of booking. You can keep your camera off during coaching.
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I FIND LOZ LIVE?
Loz goes live on Fridays in the Subconscious Loz Squad membership group, and on varying dates and times on TikTok. She will always post to announce prior to going live on TikTok in the free Facebook group, so make sure to join in order to keep up to date.
Loz does not answer any questions sent via email or DM. Our website is full of both free resources and paid courses to help you manifest everything you want! You can also join Loz live on TikTok or in the monthly membership group on Facebook to ask your questions.

WHAT IF I WANT TO PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Unfortunately, we are unable to pause your membership. However, you are free to cancel your membership at any time through the following steps:
LOGIN > SETTINGS > BILLING INFO > ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS > CANCEL LINK/BUTTON.
Please note that if you have a membership that was activated prior to February 4, 2024 and you choose to cancel your membership or your payment method fails, the system will charge you for the new member rate of $50 USD per month if you choose to rejoin. We have no control over this and cannot revert you back to the OG member rate.
