US dollars. (If you are an Australian resident for tax purposes you will be charged GST. Not my rules. Sorry.)
WHAT IS I AM DISSATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?
If you have gone through the course, watched all the videos, filled out the workbook and still are not satisfied with the course itself, then please do write to me here [email protected] explaining your reasoning for a refund. However, refunds are by our discretion and the Refund Policy requirements must be met to qualify for refund consideration. Please ensure you read and fully understand our Refund Policy.
HOW COME MY QUESTIONS AREN'T SHOWING UP IN THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
Because you probably put them in the wrong place! ALL questions must go in the Q&A Forum. It is a SUBGROUP of the group, it has its own feed. Find it in the TOPICS menu and type your questions on that page and wait for approval by the Admin The main page is only for success stories and encouraging posts. Your question, if posted on the main page, will be declined.
Also any law of attraction universe bullshit will also be declined. And self promotion. And duplicate posts. Sorry.
Login and go to purchase library and select your membership, so you can read the GROUP RULES you agreed to upon membership acceptance.

SO WHEN COACHING OPENS...THE ONLY WAY TO HAVE 1:1 COACHING WITH YOU IS AFTER PURCHASING THE SELF CONCEPT COURSE AND VIA VIDEO IN THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
Yes and yes. As my time is limited, I am only offering 1:1 coaching to those who have completed the Assessment in the Self Concept Course 'A Kick Ass You'. And the coaching is then shown live in the Subconscious Loz Squad private facebook group. Membership is not included and should have already been purchased before purchasing your coaching.
Please ensure you are already in or request to join the Subconscious Loz Squad Facebook group after your coaching purchase, and be on time for your session inside the group. There are no refunds for missing your session or lateness.
CAN I BE ANONYMOUS WHEN I'M BEING VIDEO COACHED?
Sure! The Facebook group is PRIVATE so only members of the Squad will be able to see the coaching (not your Facebook friends.) But, if you wish to not have your name known, please do ensure you change your Facebook name PRIOR to booking (your Facebook username at the time of booking must match at the time of coaching.)
You can also BLACKOUT your screen when you start your coaching session by turning video to OFF and we'll just see your Facebook username and hear your voice.
WHEN AND WHERE IS LOZ LIVE?
I go live every Tuesday ‘Youtube Tuesday’ on the Subconscious Loz Youtube channel and every Friday in the Subconscious Loz Squad membership group on Facebook ‘Facebook Friday’. And random days and times on Tiktok.
I try to go live around the same times 9pm EST (USA) and 10am GMT (UK) / 7pm AEST (Australian time) but it may vary. Make sure to join the FREE Subconscious Loz Facebook group as I always give you warning in there before going live anywhere.

WHAT IF I WANT TO PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
There is no contract and you may cancel at any time. At this time we do not offer pausing a membership, but you can always repurchase your membership and follow the instructions to request to join again. Canceling is solely your responsibility and please ensure to remember your date of purchase if you wish to cancel prior to the next billing cycle. You will not be billed any further and you will still have access to your monthly membership until the close of that final paid billing cycle. Again, we will not cancel for you, you will need to cancel this for yourself. That can be done by going to LOGIN> SETTINGS> BILLING INFO> ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS> CANCEL LINK/BUTTON.
