The course consists of a video series. As you watch you will follow along with the workbook pages provided in each part. You will find them on the page with the video. There is also an assessment to carry out and recordings to listen to.

You could finish watching all the videos in a day, but to get the most out of the course, please take your time and do the written exercises along with it, which will take a bit longer depending on how detailed you want to be. This is something you want to put your time into as it will change your life. I want you to get answers and get to work on your self concept in love fast but I also want you to get the most value!
